Gift vouchers are a great opportunity to surprise a relative, friend, or colleague. We could prepare a voucher in Bulgarian and English, as well as a themed birthday voucher.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be issued both on paper and electronically.
To issue a voucher, we will expect from you: username, selected services or nominal value.
The options for receiving the voucher are:
Changes/cancellations of gift voucher reservations are possible up to 7 calendar days before the date of use of the voucher. After this period, the voucher is considered used.
Gift vouchers are not valid for accommodation under special offers and promotions. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.
