The technologists and winemakers from the "Starosel" cellar lit a flame that will leave a mark in our modern times and will carry over the centuries the tradition of the ancient Thracians, who left us a gift in the art of making and drinking wine.
The Enoteca of the Complex resembles a rotunda, where guests are transported to the temple of God Dionysus to touch the cult of wine and the world of the ancient Thracians.
The enoteca of "Starosel" is an expression of the respect for the traditions of ancient Thrace, with which we approach the making of the wine. This is a room that, apart from being optimally air-conditioned for storing wine in barrels and bottles, also carries within itself the spirit of Antiquity.
We hold our wine and rakiya tastings, ritual re-enactments, weddings and other events at this sacred place for us.
