What time is check in and check out?
Check-in starts from 15:00 h and check-out is until 12:00 h.
Can I choose a specific room, view or floor?
You can request if you have specific requirements for a specific room, view or floor, which we will comply with based on the availability of the premises.
What does the room price include?

What type of catering do you offer?
Depending on the room type, the price may include bed and breakfast or half board. An additional charge for half board is also possible.
Do you allow pets?
Pets with good hygiene habits up to 3 kg are allowed in all hotel parts of the complex. Above these kilograms up to 15 kg - at the "Starosel" hotel. The additional fee for pets is BGN 25/night, and animals are not allowed in the spa centers and indoor restaurants.
Is the water in the pools mineral?
The complex is supplied with mineral water from the mineral spring located 7 km away from Starosel.
What is the water temperature in the pools?
The water in the pools is between 29 and 36°C depending on the pool.
Can outside visitors use the spa facilities?
External visitors can also use the spa facilities for an additional fee.
What activities are there in the hotel?
Among the most preferred activities are the wine tour, wine tastings and winemaking.
What extra activities are there for children?
The complex has a children's center, as well as a modern playground in the yard, next to it is our zoo with an abundance of animal species.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers valid for 6 months are available.
