Accommodation conditions

Check-in, check-out and additional accommodation

Check-in starts at 15:00;

The release of the premises is until 12:00;

The price for the premises includes: overnight stay, breakfast, wine tour, use of jacuzzi with mineral water, steam bath, sauna, mineral pools, relaxation area, free parking and internet, tourist insurance, resort tax and 9% VAT.

The prices for the rooms in Thracian Residence are based on HB and include breakfast and dinner at a block table in the restaurant of Thracian Residence.

The prices for the rooms in Deluxe "Starosel" and Hotel "Starosel" are based on BB and include breakfast in the "Starosel" restaurant.

The prices at Apart Hotel "Starosel" are based on accommodation without breakfast and spa included, and the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Terms of use

Children up to the age of 4 stay for free. For one child from 4 to 12 years of age, an additional charge of BGN 25.00 per night is based on BB and BGN 47.50 is based on HB. A second child over 4 years of age is accommodated free of charge on a BB basis, on a HB basis an additional charge of BGN 22.50 is made.

The additional accommodation of an adult in a double room, maisonette, or studio is charged BGN 35.00 per night on a BB basis and BGN 80.00 on a HB basis, and for a different package - according to the package.

Pets are allowed in most areas of the complex, such as in Thracian Residence and Deluxe "Starosel" pets can be up to 3 kg, and in Hotel "Starosel" and Apart Hotel up to 15 kg. with good hygiene habits. Exceptions are the closed spaces of the restaurants, spa centers, and the cellar.

Each specific case must be approved by a Starosel employee. The price for accommodation of a pet is BGN 25/night.

 In the case of an undeclared pet, the resort team has the right to change or cancel the reservation without paying a refund or imposing a fine on the guests.

Cancellations of individual reservations

Reservations can be canceled. The cancellation policy described below does NOT apply to group events and package offers.

When canceling a confirmed reservation (does not apply to package and holiday offers): 

    • Changes or cancellations of the reservation can be made once without penalty up to 5 working days before the check-in date.
    • Changes or cancellations of the reservation from 1 to 5 working days before the check-in date are subject to a penalty equal to the value of the first night.
    • In case of changes or cancellation of the reservation on the day of check-in or in case of no-show of the guest, the entire value of the paid reservation is deducted as a penalty.
    • When making reservations with an arrival date earlier than the free cancellation deadline, payment for the reservation is due within 24 hours of making it.
    • In case of an earlier departure, the value of the unused part of the reservation is not refunded.
    • In the event of non-arrival on the day of check-in and in the absence of written notification, the reservation is considered CANCELED and the deposit is deducted as a penalty.
    • In case of force majeure related to Covid-19, regardless of the moment of occurrence, the reservations are canceled and the hotel issues a voucher with a nominal value equal to the deposited amount and a 24-month period of use.
    • Cancellations of spa treatments: Reserved appointments for massages or therapies can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the procedure. After this point, a penalty of 50% of the value of the reserved item is due.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation under a holiday offer, it is done according to the conditions of each individual holiday package. The amount paid in advance for your reservation can be used to repay incurred debts. The reservation is considered canceled.

Payments and invoices

In order for your reservation to be valid, an advance payment by bank transfer is required within 5 working days to the specified bank account with GROUND - the number of your reservation. For reservations made later than 5 working days before the check-in date - payment is required within 24 hours of sending the confirmation.

Reservations including weekends and/or public holidays are prepaid in full. Reservations for accommodation on weekdays are prepaid in the amount of 50% of the cost of accommodation, but not less than the first night. In cases of bookings under special offers and campaigns, the payment conditions of the specific offer apply.

In case you wish to issue an INVOICE to a legal entity, please contact us before making the payment.

Upon receipt of advance payment, your reservation is valid and considered finally CONFIRMED.

If payment is not made within 5 working days after receiving the confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question.
